This journey of healing
In moving towards a truer reflection and acceptance of who you really are, this journey of healing will focus on the release of inherited family behaviours, cultural effects and adaptive responses that no longer serve you.
There is no "one size fits all" solution. In my practice I use a wide range of knowledge and experience and provide a safe environment that will allow you to work through your deepest issues, exploring new and healthy ways to engage with the world around you; building a happier and healthier lifestyle tailored to your individual needs and connect you to how you contribute to the greater good.
Honouring the interconnectedness of well-being will allow us to co-create and collaborate self-care and compassionate practices that will move you towards greater understanding, connection, joy and belonging.
I've had the honour to work with Michelle for 4+ years, and she has been pivotal throughout my healing journey.
Her approach is consistent, yet each session is crafted around you and where you are at that moment. With her space, words, and presence, Michelle makes me feel seen, heard, and validated.
I look forward to the understandings and epiphanies that are born from each talk, and I'll continue to recommend her extraordinary services to my friends and family.

She co-creates and holds sacred space and light to support the process of one’s self-discovery, transformation, growth and healing.
